How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. From there you can manage or cancel any active subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request for any App Store purchase.

Is my health data safe?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Health data accessed through Apple HealthKit is never sold or shared with advertisers. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@fitlaunchstudio.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
